My background began in frontline operations and transport execution. Today, my work sits at the intersection of international logistics, trade compliance, and workflow/system design.

Export-focused compliance work covering transaction structure, technical documentation, licensing preparation, and end-use / consignee review.

CASE 01 · TRADE COMPLIANCE
High-Value AI Hardware RMA — Japan → Taiwan
Coordinated the compliance structure for high-value computing hardware returned under an RMA flow, where exporter, consignee, end-user, technical classification, and licensing documentation all had to align.

CASE 02 · RECOVERY / CUSTOMS
Diplomatic Vehicle Export Recovery
Took over a vehicle export case after the previous service relationship broke down and discrepancies existed between the actual contents and earlier import documentation.

CASE 03 · SOLUTION DESIGN
International Sports Event Logistics — Japan → Taiwan
Designed and executed a logistics approach for competition equipment moving from Japan to a venue in Hsinchu, taking Taiwan-specific temporary admission and customs requirements into account.

CASE 04 · OPERATIONS SYSTEM
SANTSUOPS — From Quotation Workflow to Internal Operations Platform
After learning the company’s core logistics workflows, I began with quotation/DX prototypes in April 2026 and independently developed the concept into a broader internal logistics operations system from May 2026.
